Registrations are open for our Healthy habits FREE Program.<\/p>\n

Healthy Habits is an eight-week program for ACT parents and carers to enhance or establish healthy habits in the first 1000 days of their child\u2019s life in physical, cognitive, social, and emotional well-being<\/p>\n

This FREE program includes visits from professionals, including Perinatal Mental Health, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Child Development professionals. Morning tea and family activities are also provided.<\/p>\n

Term one sessions will start on the 9th of February and run every Thursday from 9:30 to 11:30 am at Scullin.<\/p>\n

If you are interested, you must register before commencement by emailing groups@crcs.com.au or calling 02 6264 0200<\/p>\n
