CHSP transport<\/h2><\/div>

This program is available for people aged 65 and over and for Aboriginal and\/or Torres Strait Islander people aged 50 and over. You must first register with and be assessed by My Aged Care before we can provide services.<\/p>\n

Whether you need to attend important appointments, events or meetings, do the shopping, or simply get to and from home, we’ve got you covered. With our transport service, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing that you have a safe and reliable way to reach where you need to go.<\/p>\n
