It\u00a0provides a safe, supportive and welcoming space <\/s>to share <\/s>experiences, learn from one another,\u00a0build new friendships and engage in activities that promote their wellbeing.<\/p>\n

Through its varied activities, with a focus on art and culture, self-care, health and well-being, the group provides opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women <\/s>to connect with each other, their culture and their heritage in meaningful ways.<\/p>\n

The group’s art and culture activities are a highlight, offering women opportunities to explore their creativity and learn new skills.<\/p>\n

The program provides a holistic approach to improving women’s health, addressing physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.<\/p>\n

The Yurwang Bullarn Strong Women\u2019s group is facilitated in partnership with the West Belconnen Child and Family Centre<\/a>.[\/vc_column_text]
