Planned support<\/h2><\/div>
Planned Support is a program designed to assist young people between the ages of 10 and 25 in achieving their goals in a structured and organised manner. We provide tailored support to help young people with a wide range of needs, including those related to work, education and training, as well as giving them the structure and support they need to achieve their goals.<\/p>\n

Whether young people need assistance finding employment, pursuing education or training opportunities, or navigating community services, we can help to meet their needs.[\/vc_column_text]

Our youth workers are skilled and experienced in providing young people with the resources and support they need to find and maintain employment or commit to study in an area of interest. We also help young people develop the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the workforce or at an educational institution.<\/p>\n

We know that finding meaning in work or study may come with a number of challenges, and our Planned support team enables young people to navigate these barriers.[\/vc_column_text]

Community service navigation<\/h2>\n

We recognise the importance of social support and a sense of belonging in overall wellbeing.<\/p>\n

By providing opportunities for young people to connect with others, we help them build a support network that can provide them with emotional and practical support. This can include connecting young people with peers at our social programs or to other community groups to meet their needs.[\/vc_column_text]
