We provide information, help families to identify goals, support families to work with other services to achieve the best possible outcomes, and provide supported referrals to groups and programs that promote positive parenting, mentoring and personal development.<\/p>\n

Our service aims to increase family and individual strengths and help parents and carers to raise healthy, resilient children. We achieve this by working with families to identify their goals, then connecting and empowering them to access support across a range of areas including parenting, family violence, mental health, financial issues, drug and alcohol concerns, and accommodation.<\/p>\n

To ensure holistic support, we collaborate with other services as needed (with the consent of our participants), such as schools, early childhood services, supportive tenancy services, family violence support services and child protection.<\/p>\n

Our Family Support case management is available at no cost to individuals and families who live, work or play throughout ACT.
